Episode 21 - Simon Kerle

NBL alumni and current yoga teacher Simon Kerle joins Violations and Insults.

Simon played 18 years in the NBL, debuting at the age of 17 for the Brisbane Bullets and retiring at 35. Simon recalls his basketball career both in Australia and overseas, then delves into his practice of yoga and meditation; and how players could benefit from learning how to breathe better in games. Simon is currently the CEO of Raw Power Yoga in Brisbane.
