In this episode, Malcolm Watts shares his story about how he came to be the CEO of the Brisbane Bullets. Malcolm was previously the General Manager of commercial operations for Queensland Reds [rugby union], which built upon years in hospitality. Malcolm talks about the appointment of new head coach Stu Lash, revenue streams for the organisation and building the membership and attendance numbers in the years ahead.
